I was playing the other night alone and I wanted to communicate with my team. Which game modes allow you to communicate with others?

You have to hit start or select, and pick the real people on your team and invite them to a fireteam. If they have mics and accept the fireteam invite then you can talk. That is the only way I ever talked to anyone in this game.
