Depends on what processor. If you're using a Pentium 4 chip at 1.8 GHz, there's no point in trying to run the game. If it's a Core 2 Duo at 1.8GHz, you should be fine. Some settings may need to be turned down. The point is frequency of CPUs is not comparable if the architecture of the CPUs isn't the same. It's the same thing on AMD's side of things and trying to compare AMD to Intel chips
What i really question is this "ultra epic graphics card"....if it's some intel integrated graphic chipset, then it's more like ultra epic graphic garbage. You will not be able to run the game.
Please post a dxdiag so we can see your PC specs:
Start - Run (if Vista, the search box acts like Run) - type dxdiag - hit Enter - "save all info" button - open txt file and copy/paste EVERYTHING here
