There is Securitrons in the OWB footage, so maybe in exchange for a place among the scientists he traded a number of securitrons and/or other defence systems Anthony seems to have loved so much.

The reasoning behind this is that Anthony House owned the H&H Tools Company, which had part in the production of Securitrons. A plaque can be seen under every Securitron's television screen. I do hope it at least gets explained why the Securitrons are there, perhaps even involving Anthony. I hope so, seems like an interesting character. Maybe he's even alive, one way or another.

Seems like a legit idea. I like it. However, as the vault says, he suffers from extreeme paranoia. And with that bad a case of it as to submitting his employees to DNA-tests, would he trust scientists enough to deal with them?

If he did get immortalized in a machine, I'm sure he had no other alternatives.

He would have to have been dying at that point to agree to the procedure.

Wait, do we ever get a reason behind Anthony's paranoia? Perhaps Anthony was a genius of sorts and had close ties to the scientists of the Big Empty. Perhaps he knew secrets that he felt were going to be stolen from him, so he locked himself within his office, until he finally decided that the only way to ensure that his secrets will stay his forever, was to seal them permanently in the security of the Big Empty. The Big Empty is known for being undetectable, perhaps his close ties and the secrets he carried, got him into a Think Tank, keeping his secrets forever guarded.

On Topic: I think it would be a very viable scenario, I mean we don't exactly know why he went paranoid and for what purpose. This could have been his solution/method to keeping tabs on the Commies. :shrug:

This has been discussed before and I do believe it is a legitimate possibility.

My reasoning stems from the fact that all the dlc bosses have been hinted at throughout New Vegas. First we had elijah, the burned man, _____, and Ulysses. I also don't think they would completely leave the Anthony House scenario completely overlooked. Each of the dlc "bosses/badasses" have been related to a current faction in some way. Elijah was BoS and Burned Man was Legion and Follower's of the Apocalypse. I think it is possible that Anthony House could a major character, Ulysses faction is unknown but there is always the possibility he is actually with the NCR and that the Courier is the frumentari from Legion just that no one recognizes him anymore because of the shot to the head and the facial reconstruction by the Doc (it would explain why Graham did not recognize him...or he is enclave, a new faction, etc...).

A. House as the 'greater threat' would rock my world. I have no idea why this thought never crossed my mind, but now that it has I hope I am not disappointed.

A. House is just the man to build something like a sixy light switch, and a toaster with an ego...
