Hey guys quick question about how leveling works in Honest Hearts.
I know if you start the HH dlc at lvl 11 the mobs will be scaled to your level so its manageable.

However AFTER I finish the dlc and leave Zion:

1. Is it possible to come back whenever you feel like it?
2. Do the mobs scale to your level each time you come back? So if I beat HH at lvl 15 (for example) and come back lvl 37 will the mobs be scaled to lvl 37?

1. Yes it is possible but virtually no Dead Horses, Sorrows, or White Legs are there.
2. No, Mobs do not scale. The most that happens is that White Legs are better equipped when you're at higher levels, but again, White Legs don't really appear for the majority of people after HH. Unless you're one of the few that gets the bug and they respawn.
