Im really tired of reading contradicting posts regarding the status of OWB. When is the OFFICIAL position on the downloads release date? Has the 14th been officialy crossed off, or what? (yes, i could wait till tomorrow, but i wantedto get up at 5 am to download it and play it)

No release date has been announced. And about the 14th...

UUUUUUUGGGGGGGG!!! I really dislike it when this happens, why can't these companies announce a release date a decent amount of time in advance? besides, I cant remember where, but he already used his geko dropping, who would grab more than one fist full?

because everybody in this company is an idiot and they won't say anything till the last minute because they must all think it's funny to see us look for information on something that they have no idea about

But most likely it would be released on the 21st or the 28th. Because it releases on a Tuesday (most likely) and its in June (maybe it would be pushed back, but I don't know).

I'm alittle unsure if I should totally trust Jason on the "not the 14th" thing...I know, sounds repetitive and redundant, but there may be hope. Maybe he likes to mess with people

The reason they don't post release dates is because you guys are all mad about no release date right now.

However you would blow a gasket if there was a delay.

They said they are going to release the patch before the DLC. The patch can't (or will most likely not) be released on the same day as the DLC. They still have a trailer to give us. But who knows? Maybe they're not gonna do a trailer. But I'm almost 100% sure that it will not be released on the 14th.

Well he would be well in the right to mess with people if he so wanted. Seriously the amount of people that keep asking the question on release is ridiculous. Just be patient.

I will say though that I highly doubt he is "messing" with anyone. 2 things need to happen before OWB can be released. The first is a patch so that trophies/achievements can be added for OWB. The second is a trailer (although these could appear on any day really (although probably not the weekend). When these two things are out it won't be long till OWB is released...probably.

till then at least just stop bugging them...and once those are out they will probably announce a release date so the question never has to be asked again!

Lonesome Road will most likely be at the end of July.
But, I'm not entirely sure that that's correct. Its just my thoughts. Its not like I know everything........or do I?

a simple "patch complete, working on trailer" would suffice...

Maybe OWB is so awesome the wait will be worth it?

On a more serious note - If people stopped worrying about what they want, and realize that, with the release of such a buggy game, Quality Control becomes priority #1... these forums would be better off. :banghead:

Not like it's a big deal, but I would rather they fix the bugs then waste time on a stupid trailer. besides http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsyjtYqF0aU gives more then enough info on owb and I believe it was posted around here somewhere.

Because if something goes wrong and it is not out on that day people will flip out.

Were you here for "The Pitt" mob? That is why they don t talk until they think things are more than likely good to go, but like we saw with the pitt on 360 bad things can still happen.

Files got corrupted when uploading to Microsoft's servers, I believe. Missing meshes on the 360, and crashing all around, if I remember correctly.

Seems you jumped the gun. Tomorrow is the 14th (in North America). It wouldn't come out until tomorrow and likely not until the afternoon/evening. If you're European or whatever else, chances are you'll just have to wait a little bit longer.
