I've been excited for season 9 coming out this summer, it looks epic. I've also been on this forum a tun in the last while and was thinking I'd ask. :D

Wasn't episode 1 of season 9 released earlier today? I'm pretty sure I watched it.

I've never heard of this.

Can you elaborate?

I fell out of watching the series after sometime around season 4. But I absolutely LOVED it when it was going through those seasons. I was with it from pretty much near it's beginning all those years ago.

Having watched through the more recent stuff, I can't say I like it as much - it lacks... something, but I don't know what. Maybe my tastes have changed. Who knows. Though I do really like what they're doing with the Mo-Cap stuff. Looks really slick.

But I'm caught up with the story so far, so I may look into the new season.

P.S. "Hey."

"Yeah?"

"You ever wonder why we're here?"

@BootySweat

It's a machinima made by RoosterTeath. They use halo 3 multiplayer maps (I think, many of their episodes seem to have custom maps though). They use CGI animations and a lot of mods to make it a really well done machinima. Basically, it centers around the Red team and the Blue team who are fighting a civil war, funnily enough, there is actually not that much fighting, it's mainly dialogue driven.

It's a comedy. The actual plot-line is very complicated so I want go through it all :D

Ditto. I loved it, up until the end(s) of season 4, which left me disappointed. I didn't care for the side stories (like Recovery One and Out of Mind), which had absolutely no humor and were meant to be serious, and when Reconstruction was announced, it looked to be the exact same thing. I may be wrong, but I just didn't bother, my interest was completely sapped.

Ok, you kind of made it seem like you hadn't watched it yet.

Like with a bunch of people here, I watched it a lot till the 4th season. Then it got serious, and I couldn't bear to care for it anymore. It took itself seriously, and it just sapped all the stupid fun it had that no amount of Sarge and Caboose could save it.

It was interesting, but I get the feeling I'm missing out on a lot of the jokes because I never played Halo before.
