Brinks is a diamond in the rough but it could be polished

First and for most how can you have a fps with a multiplayer and not have a outpost where you can meet up with your friends, see the teams thats going to take place and to make the teams even!!!!!!!!!!! I cant even count how many times its been just me vs like 5 or 6 guys i very rarely see even teams. This is just unbelieveable how you guys made the game this way . Number 2 why is it that when you play the campain mode its almost exactly like playing freeplay, am i the only person that thinks that this is weird , just like on freeplay you can have people join your campain, i thought that when you play a campain its usually only you that plays it , if you want to play with other people play freeplay and also why does it take 2 hours tops to beat the campain played from both sides, thats crazy. Number 3 whats is up with the lack of modes to play on freeplay. I thought brink was going to change the way that fps were made i mean i like the style of brink ,but for people that are diehard team dm fans you could have that as an alterative mode plus other modes as well, i understand that you are trying to make a new kind of fps but theres barely anything there i love your style but you need more of it and if you want all people that play fps make the modes that everyone likes as well, do things your way but if someone wants, they can play the way they like. There just has to be more modes and 100 % more maps number 4 i dont know about the rest of you guys but i find that i have to shut down my xbox atleast one time while playing brink because of the lag what is up with that number5 the challenges to get gun attachments takes like 1 hour to get all attachments thats unbelieveable come on ,seriously i like the idea of the challenges but come on do you think you could make them a little harder to get a silencer...etc come on number6 20 is the highest rank. In 2days i had 4 guys with the rank of 20 come on guys , i know that it seems like i hate this game but this is not true at all it just seems like whoever was in charge of making this game just got very lazy when i came to may 10 i mean you guys play the game before it comes out i dont get how you let this game hit the selves with all of the flaws that it has , i really hope you guys can put some add-ons that takes care of the things that should have been in the game already and further more i hope that you put more effort into rage then brink but seriously make some kick a$$ add-ons and salvage the game that could be game of the year if done right

Your post starts off like a well thought out and positive comment but I can't finish reading it because it is all CAPS.

Kudos and *golf clap* for Hungry Donner for de-capsifying that wall of text.

Well most of the stuff you mentioned (i.e. reaching level 20 in a day or two, the weapon unlocks for challenges being easy, game modes etc etc.) kinda goes against the things we find in most FPS of this era. Usually we have high level caps in games filled with levels of prestige or super novice. This is filler. I'm sorry to tell you, but this is a simple ploy in games to make the player feel like the are still completing something when in all actuality they are playing the same content over and over again.

The cool thing about BRINK is that they eliminate this and let you just enjoy being at full power real quick. So instead of thinking it as "Ah man no more levels, think cool I'm as strong as I can get!"

BRINK has lots of game modes (if you are thinking of CTF, TDM, King of the Hill etc etc) They are incorporated into the missions themselves. While on defense you are pretty much playing team deathmatch. When you need to grab that pass code and get it to the airplane its capture the flag. And so on and so on.

Yeah the campaign mode and online are all wrapped up into one package. If you've ever played PC and console based shooters you are pretty much playing them for the multiplayer. The campaign is a fun romp around the weapons and physics of the game, while preparing you for the multiplayer. BRINK has just done away with a flashy campaign and just puts you into the part of the game you'll be playing the most. Multiplayer.

I feel your pain on lag/and party system. But these problems can all be fixed in due time. If you feel like this is the game of the year, then make it. A game is like anything else in life. It is what you make it out to be.
