Just kidding. Time for my real question.

On my current playthrough I just recently entered the Lucky 38 for the first time. When I entered, I had a "Dark Hero" reputation with the NCR and was Neutral with Caesar's Legion. So I received a visit from a soldier carrying Crocker's letter, but never received the Mark of Caesar from Vulpes, presumably because I was neutral with them.

Afterwards, I used my newly found 'Idolized' reputation with the NCR to go to McCarran and torture Silus, the Legion prisoner. I killed him, and this gave me enough reputation with Boone to do I Forgot to Remember to Forget. So I completed the quest, but it was enough Legion killing to boot me all the way to vilified.

Will I still get to go to the Fort? I assume so since I never failed Beware the Wrath of Caesar. But where or when will Vulpes come to me?
