i just a new charater to beat HH by choosing to help evacuate zion (to get the achievement) and im almost done with that. im bored though and i was planing on making a forest gump type character next-

aligned with the ncr
maxed out guns
low intelligence
high charisma
maxed out agility

any other suggestions?

Was Gump really that charismatic?
Also high melee and strength for ping-pong and carrying grown men through jungles I guess.

i wouldnt say he was charismatic but people just couldnt help but like him it seemed, eventually

6 Charisma for the Ferocious Loyalty perk
High END for all that running

Well Forest Gump is a war hero, so I would give him the Grunt perk.
