why need to reload before shooting a grenade?

Yah real simlpe I like the under slung grenade launcher on my austin ar. I'll empty the clip then try to fire a grenade but I have to reload first. I should be able to empty the clip and then still fire off a grenade before I reload.

Turn off auto reload?

Yeah, that's easily the best solution. That was the first thing I did (although it makes the Lobster a pain) but the forced reload animation is to stop you wasting a clip and winning over someone who stays calm and collected. Remember the most important rule in BRINK: Move more than you shoot. I think if you switch weapons you can cancel the reload so try switching twice quickly or just using your secondary.

Turn off auto reload?

that works unless you swap the gun. With auto reload off you can finish the mag then fire the nade no problem, but if you finish the mag and switch weapons then try to switch back and fire the GL it will force you to reload it first.(even with auto reload off)
