FINISH game,TEST game,RETEST game so you are not releasing buggy,glitchy games to the masses!!!!

i heard the arms over head will be addressed in the next patch! well i have already finished New Vegas,Sierra Madre & Honest Hearts so what good does the patch for that glitch do for me 8 months after the game was released? what is the % of people that this patch will effect people still playing this game 8 monthst AFTER the release? probably very very VERY low.i could have used a patch regarding arms over head about 1 week after the release.
thanks for nothing Bethesda- i'll think twice about buying anymore games from your company in the future!
