Spoilers ahead!!

For those of you going independent (and a little anti-NCR), did you turn in Keith with the NCR anyway?
I know it will get him killed (if I assist), so I'm not really sure what to do about this character.

Is this the guy that cheats at cards ?
If so you can do that mission successfully without handing him over even if you know his secret cheat
You've just got to word your sentences carefully....I dunno if this a bug or not with that guy but he plays Caravan with me for free, helps get the achievements
