What's the deal with OWB? : Fallout: New Vegas

After HH came out I was furious and threw my copy of NV into oblivion. Unfortunately, oblivion didn't want it either so now I'm "forced" to purchase the next DLC Old World Blues. I've been gone from these forums for a while so what's the deal? Is it no released yet? What's it all about, maybe a trailer or something? Appreciate any info. :]

no realese date has bin set yet. all other info about OWB can be found on fallout.wikia or in the qore 36 vid
