No Overtime on Some Objectives

I have noticed in several cases that when I "have the football", such as when carrying the data from the safe to the uplink, the game has ended even though I do, in fact, have the package. In one occasion I was holding X (on xbox this is the "do it" button for those who don't know) and watching the green clock line fill when the game ended.

I believe, as a programmer type, that the issue is related to "the package" changing hands, as on at least some of the occasions I had snatched up the satchel with about 10 seconds of the end of game.

As a matter of action, the game should not end if the package is dropped, it should only end if the package is returned or completed.

Note that I have had this abortive and annoying end case happen on both Container City and Terminal maps.

yeah... there was one time on refuel that the game ended when we were around 80% dropped off... personally i agree with you on it goes to OT till its returned... i would also like to state that hack objective ends when no one is hacking it anymore... it should be it ends when the hack box is removed after normal game duration...

agreed. its annoying when the game ends with me three feet from the drop off spot. also, that hacking thing would be INDEFINETELY useful on shipyard.
