I was just thinkin and at the same time watchin videos of MAG (PS3 exclusive with online only if u didnt already know) and thought why didnt Brink do this? Think about it everybody says the story is just multiplayer maps with mindless AI so why didnt Bethesda just cut that out so they could work on online only? I know one of Brink's selling points was the seemless combination of online and story mode but think if it went only online and the two factions fought over map control> Both Factions would have differnt guns and each gun specilized in something Like the Security Line up of Guns would have better acuracy and fire rate while resistance had weapons with better damage and stability or something to that effect. And not to mention the new DLC coming out this month it would have been the best chance for Bethesda to introduce a new faction that players could become. This is just my opinoin leave ur thoughts on the matter of if u wanted Brink to go all online.
I'm skeptical that Splash Damage's decision to have single player used up so many resources that a multiplayer-only game could have been expanded that much.
