I think everyone who played the Operation Anchorage DLC for the Fallout 3 remember for the Winterized Combat Armor. This armor had armored sleeves which the normal Combat Armor doesn't have. I would like to ask a modder who is experienced with 3ds Max and with the Adobe Photoshop to make a Combat Armor mesh with armored sleeves and a new helmet mesh similar to the MK.I reinforced just with different textures and without that camera thing on the right.
