The "annoying" Adoring Fan from Oblivion didn't bother me much, but on the other hand the Freeside stalker does.
The Freeside stalker is a Kings Gang Member who stalks me around Freeside.
When i'm entering Freeside he comes running for me, but do you think thats the end of it? no way! because when i then enter Mick & Ralph's do my thing and leave the store, he's right there... again?!? Why? Leave me the [censored] alone, annoying Freeside stalker

I hate the annoying fan more. I don't even hate the NPC's that follow me and give me stuff when I visit towns.

He's there to talk to you and give you the reward for having high Fame in Freeside.

...he annoys me too. If you're on PC there was a mod that fixes him. It's actually a bug that he appears like that so often. I think he's supposed to only do it once a day or something like that, but it ends up being almost every time you leave/re-enter Freeside.

The mod worked last I tried it but I haven't checked since the last patch.

I don't mind getting stuff for free by this dude.
But I do mind getting crappy stuff for free by this dude.
Noodles? Seriously? Noodles? Why do I need noodles? Its not even in a campfire recipe. Well, I think its not in a CF Recipe.
But I enjoy getting Stimpaks instead of the useless food I get normally.
My survival skill isn't even that high.
And sometimes he gives me caps.
Not 100 or 200 (of course not) but 18, and 11 caps. I can make more money by selling a few 9mm bullets, which are useless to me now.
But both, the Freeside dude and the Adoring Fan are not as annoying to me, so I don't mind them.
But I would appreciate some better items from the Freeside dude.

He's given me up to about 30caps before. Not that that amount is much better. ::rolleyes::

What annoys me is that I can't avoid him and he stops the screen to talk to me in that annoying voice. And if I have some specific thing I'm doing that requires not being interrupted, I have to enter Freeside and wait/run up to him and wait until he goes away. before I can do it. I've had him show up 4 times in about 10 minutes once as I criss-crossed between 1st and 2nd sections of Freeside.
