Ok well I'm on the PC and people have been questioning on whether or not you can skip the level up screen if all of your skills are maxed out. Thanks to the use of console commands I was able to boost myself up to 1 EXP before the next level, I then killed Yes Man and gained 1 EXP. My level went up to 33, but before it did that, I maxed everything out with console commands.

I went up to level 33, and got a level up screen. All I had to do was click "Done" and the screen was gone. So yes, you can skip the level up screen when your skills are maxed out. This still goes untested for console users.

I know some of you are going to say "Well obviously, they had the same problem on FO3, so why wouldn't they fix it on FNV?" Well it's better to be safe than sorry, and I hope this gives some sort of comfort to people freaking out over this. :3 I know I am relaxed. Please remember it is untested on the console games, and I point this out because there are significant differences between console and PC versions and this may be one of them. But as other people are going to say, this happened in FO3 so it's probably fixed in FNV.

Will we even be able to max out all skills at lvl 50?

considering most are probably close to maxing out at 40, probably.

I am nearly maxed out now at level 40. I'm on xbox.

PS3 think Sneak, is my lowest & 24... rest are over 70... easily going to max out.

all of mine are 100 except barter : 70 survival : 64 melee : 19 unarmed : 25 explosives : 40 (PS3)

If you do everything possible to increase skill point intake, you can cap all skills by level 42. This requires a 10INT, all skill books+Comprehension, Educated, and Tag!. Depending on your LCK score, your implant selection, your Trait selection, and how many ranks of Intense Training you take, you might be able to lower that to L39, although L40 is more likely. With an INT of 6 and the above, you can just manage it at L50.

I did not include any skill books from Honest Hearts, as their presence is entirely random, nor any boosts from gear, as those are ignored in the SP allotment screen. If all of that is included it might be possible to manage it by L38, but I suspect one would be a few points short (you'd need something like +5 to attributes from gear and about 4-5 skill books+Comp to manage it, which isn't likely). Of course, OWB and LR may change this assessment, depending on what, and how many, permanent attribute/skill boosts are available.

I thinks it's impossible even if you have 10 intelligence and the Educated perk.

An intelligence of 4 should be more than enough to max out all skill points by level 50 as long as you save space for most of the skill books. The only time I have an intelligence of 5 instead 4 is when one of my character builds gets the Nerd Rage perk.

Most likely, I have 4 level 40 characters with 3, maybe 4 levels that arent at 100.

I'll max out all skills at lvl 44 if Bethesda allows me to play the remaining DLCs. 10INT (INT implant at lvl 1), all possible skill books (outside Strip and including Dead Money), Comprehension, Educated, Tag!. When I started current character (tried to make it 'perfect') I didn't know that every DLC will raise the lvl cap by 5, so my calculations are off and there are some other minor losses too. Had to raise AG for Light Touch, so Guns are 98 now and 1 book is there.. No big deal, I just love leveling and distributing skill points whatever the game!

Lvl 40 on xbox, everything I have maxed except for unarmed (28? maybe?) and explosives (50ish).
