Hello I am going to be buying FO 3/ NV since I finally have a rig that will run 'em, I have seen some wickedly awesome mods and I want to get them once I have the games but do I need G.E.C.K. for that? I also want to make my own custom character but I am not sure how involved that is and was wondering if there are any tuts on that?

Any help is greatly appreciated and any mod suggestions would be awesome! sorry again for such new player questions but I really want to get into this stuff
