i don't know if anyone else is experiencing this VERY strange glitch but upon completing honest hearts, whenever i enter a building or go ANYWHERE i am followed by or a NCR ranger (ones at the Mojave outpost on the bottom left of the map) and a giant rad scorpion. If i manage to evade them they will manifest again ahead of me. They even appear in Zion national park. I have made my hideout in the abandoned bunker by the Yangtze memorial and now there are always 2 uninvited guests that never leave. If i try killing the ranger he instantly manifests again right after i kill him even. The only way i can avoid being bothered is if i am dressed as a member of the NCR.

This is a most bothersome issue and has caused me (obviously) to give up game play ever since i completed HH 3 weeks ago. Cheers.
