It's amazing that, even though it's the same game and system, some people have massive crashes/glitches, some minor, and some, not at all(although the "not at all" might have, but not notice). I've had to reset my X-Box many, MANY times. It had gotten progressively worse and then Dead Money came out and it was good...for a couple weeks. It went back to crashing a few times within an hour session(no autosave, and double manual saves a few minutes apart to make sure). Then H.H. came out and all was good again...for a couple weeks... then more crashes. The worst example is, in Honest Hearts, EVERY TIME I used VATS on a Cazador...CRASH!!! And they svck shooting in 3rd person, but NO choice!! It finally got to the point that I was praying every time I tried to save, load, continue OR fast-traveled, entered a door or cave, or just TALKED to someone!!!

My ongoing glitch:(This "Save Series" has just over game 400 hours, both DLC's completed)
Sent Lily back to Jacobstown from 188 Trading Post...I was at the point in the quest where she was to help the Doc test the stealth boy Mk II. She never showed up. I periodically checked Dr. Henry since he was now "frozen" and I couldn't do ANYTHING with REX...a few MONTHS later(in REAL time) she appeared(Stealthed) next to Dr Heny and now(a few MORE months) they are still both frozen...Sooo, no brain for poor old Rex...

I absolutely LOVE this game(all of them) and even with all the issues and broken controllers( I have a...minor...RAGE issue, says the wife)...I STILL get antsy when the next DLC is getting close...
