Desert ranger combat armor or Gannon family tesla armor? : Fallout: New Vegas

So im getting my character ready for OWB, but i can't decide which armor to bring, which one should i take?

I would take the Tesla Armor, just because it fits in the setteing very well.

while the ranger armor looks great, i think power armor is the better choice for this sort of DLC

Tesla, It also does not count as a faction I beleive so you wont get shot up by NCR haters.

The Ranger Combat armor is my favorite, but if you have to choose for Old world Blues I'd say Tesla fits more.

Haha, I find this funny that people are getting their characters ready for owb, I'm not making fun cause I did it too but I find it hillarious. As a matter of fact, on my epic character (level 40, every skill maxed to 100, every quest except final battle done, every unique weapon/item found @ 148 hours) I have all my equipment laying on the ground at the the mojave drive-in. All I'm taking for the dlc is my ALSITD .45, an assault rifle, my YCS/186 and leather armor. I figure I'll be wearing and using almost nothing but the new dlc stuff so I'm not taking much.
P.S. Desert Ranger Combat Armor FTW!!!

Desert Ranger armor just for the sheer awesomeness value of walking down the road in the trench coat with it blowing in the wind. :thumbsup:

I would much rather have a non faction NCR Ranger Combat Armor (Not the HH one though i like it I dont like the color scheme.(unfortunetaly I also play on console so i cant have my wish apparently grrr :ahhh: )) and my trusty This Machine and All American for sheer dont **** with me value...

I hate the tesla armor, it just looks weird Ann out of place to me for some reason. Anyway I like having the trenchcoat whipping in the wind behind me to........ so...... yeah you know what I voted.

I prefer the Enclave MK2 power armor over the Tesla, cause of the strength bonus....it kinda bothers me and seems unrealistic to be wearing power armor and it doesn't give you a strength bonus from a RP standpoint.
But the tesla has an awesome radiation resistance.

This. Don't get me wrong I love the Desert Ranger armor but what kind of role-player goes to a place full of energy weapons and old-war tech not wearing the most techy armor they have?
