Hi all,

Having a bit of trouble starting the Caesar's favor quest. I'm idolized by the Legion and have not done anything to harm them in any way (stealing, killing etc). For some reason I have not come in contact with the disguised Frumentarri. I checked the Wiki which said he should appear around the 188 and i'm currently sitting waiting for this guy to show, and to no avail. Do I have to confront benny and go to the fort in order for this to activate? Do I have to speak with Caesar/Lucius/Vulpes?

Any help would be appreciated!!

He doesn't appear if you're wearing faction armor or if you're near any enemies (Which also includes the NCR).

Well i'm in J.Graham's armor and the place is still crawling with NCR. Does that mean I have to kill all of the NCR troopers in the area? (i'm trying not to lose any faction rep right now as im idolized by just about everyone :thumbsup:

He doesn't only appear in the 188, he kinda stalks you everywhere...

And Graham's armor isn't faction armor, so it's all good on that front.

Everywhere you say? Where has he appeared for you (if at all)? I know he's a messenger. My biggest hope is that he did not get killed. Thanks for the help btw.

Him being killed is actually a possibility, but he'll appear kind of all over the wasteland if there's no hostiles or NCR around (He engages in combat with NCR targets).
