where do i find the remnants i want to get into their bunker

Talk to arcade Gannon who is in the mormon fort and complete his quest that he has.

i have him as a companion he hasnt givin me any quests

Like ED-E, there are "keywords" that triggers the quest with Arcade. Just talk to random people, but what triggered for me was having Arcade as a follower and doing the NCR quest where you go to Vault 22. Talk to Hildern @ Cam McCarren. Just do all the dialogue he has, then Arcade will approach you.

EDIT: After the quest, speak to Hildern also

You also need to reach a certain part in the story mode to trigger it (Excluding Caesar's Legion path).

i did this and all he did was talk to me. all he said was that hildern takes things too far

You need more than one of these events. Try going to the Crashed Vertibird, as he will approach you there again.

i did that i went to the fort he talked to me there he tlked to me at the vertibird and at hildren still nothing

How far along are you on the mainquest.
