Checking Ranger Station Charlie for Ranger Andy, I only found 1 disk. Returned to report to Andy, I could only tell him they were dead and no update, nothing.

Checking the wiki I found there was a second tape I missed. I retrieved the second tape, returned to Andy with NO dialog option to tell him and he even still ask if there's any news of Ranger Station Charlie during his bark dialog.

I checked the wiki, they didn't have quest stages or strings listed, does anyone know what stage I need to set the quest too and the proper command string? It would be the stage before returning with the tapes..

Or possibly tell me how to look it up in GECK, I can do a few things but can seem to find the quest list and not sure I would know the proper string to set the stage,
