No fishtanks, fishes deserve to swim freely in Lake Mead.

What we need in the Lucky 38 is the ability to gamble. I mean, we can gamble in the Sierra Madre. A 200 year old casino run by holograms and never really gambled in, sitting in the middle of a city of ghosts. Why can't we gamble in the Lucky 38? It's stocked with Slots. Maybe we can't play blackjack and roulette because there aren't any dealers but we can play the slots, they're automated! We don't need teller's for coins and stuff because behind the counter at the Check-In are racks of Lucky 38 chips.
