Need help with Traits for a character!

EDIT: Sorry, JUST realized I posted this in DLC General, not reg. General. Can a Moderator please move this accordingly? Thank you!

Topic.

Spoiler
I'm trying to now build my Medium Armored Rifleman character. But, I'm not the "greatest" at picking the beginning 2 Traits (Perks) when it comes to building anything that's not a Light armor character lol.

So, these are what i'm looking at choosing:

Fast Shot
Kamikaze *
Trigger Discipline *
Wild Wasteland

* Are what I "think" I should pick... but then again I hate how Kamikaze -2's DT. And would TD (Trigger Discipline) be better for Rifle-grip weapons? (Being able to shoot more accurately, but more slowly?)

Also, what happens if you get BOTH Fast Shot and Trigger Discipline? Nothing? Or something?

It's basically an AP/Guns/Sneak character again, just Medium bodied. Please any help is greatly appreciated!

I would recommend small frame and kamikaze (only if you must have 2). Small frame raises agility by one and is probably the best perk to pick in the beginning. Kamikaze can have its negative affects negated if you go to the atomic wrangler as soon as possible and get a graqe or orange jackpot on the slots in the casino...then go to the med clinic and buy the implant that gives +4 DT. Wasteland is fun but other than a few extras is more or less useless.

Well, I get Small Frame on my "Light" body characters. I'm trying not to pick it this time because the limbs crippling easier thing kind've uber SCREWS me over alot... That's why i'm trying to basically make an "in-between" character. Ie. a Medium.

I'm not going to wear light armor, or have any light traits, nor will I be in Heavy Power Armor. I'll be basically neutral lol. And, I always get the Sub-Dermal Armor for most characters. It was a staple for my Light, IDK if I will FOR SURE get it this time right away for this guy though. Plus, 1 rank of Toughness perk also helps to make it a regular +1. With another Toughness later on to bump me to +4.

Trigger Discipline isn't really useful. Most of non-auto rifles have very small spread.

Wild Wasteland is not actually useful, and i think unique gauss is better than alien blaster with limited ammo.

Fast Shot is much better - it's bonus accumulated with Kamikaze, Math Wrath and Action Boy makes you able to make ≈14 shots from marksman carabine or ≈9 bursts from assault carabine. Penalty to accuracy in VATS can be comphensated by Commando and Sniper.

i whent Small frame and, Trigger Discipline, Small frame dosen't really bothers me cuse i'm on a sniper alt so nothing really gets clouse enougth to actually criple me besides you can counter the negative efects with Adamantium Skeleton later on keeping the agilitie bonus, trigger discipline cuse sniping/sneaking you don't really needto be fast but you do need to be acurate to the max and every thing helps :D
