wow. this forum really is dead. had to go to SD's to find this bit of news.

A 16th June tweet says that, "still working on the next update...as soon as there's more to say, we'll let everyone know" (http://twitter.com/#!/brinkgame)

So that was tweeted with fourteen days left on the month and i wonder if they can finish it in time to submit to M$ so that they can do their quality check or whatever and give it to us before July starts.

It looks like doable.

Depends on how far along on the patches they are. But ya, it should be easy enough.

I said this umpteen times in the other thread. It was PLANNED for June. Which means nothing to anyone, sure it means they're working towards completing it by then but everyones acting like June 30th is some sort of deadline that MUST be met because SD said X. That's just not the case.

The only reason they announced it so early was to keep people around waiting for a free dlc after all the issues it shipped with during its release. It would be nice if they delivered on what they announced as "planned" for this month, but I won't be shocked if it comes out in July or later. I also think they've realized that they can't keep everyone around with a little bit of free content without also fixing issues with the game. So my fingers are crossed that they actually deliver some big fixes and improvements in conjunction with the dlc.

You can uncross your fingers bro, sure it hurts by now lol. They made another twitter tweet saying that they ARE working on an update to accomodate the DLC when it's finally released. I was hoping to, but to read that they actually are settled 1/2 of me down.. still getting unruthlessly anxious now.

Screenshots/video/something to SHOW us? Instead of "Our DLC is coming, the date? Only Houdini knows..."
