Game crashes every 30 minutes

Hey everyone. Played FONV for about 200 hours on consoles, decided to buy it on PC to play with mods and such. Anyway, I install it, everything goes fine, I start playing and about 30 minutes in, my computer crashes. I try and turn it back on, but it only gets to the loading screen, and the screen flashes and it runs off. I take the battery out for five minutes, then put it back in and start it up. Everything's working fine, I start the game up again, and about half an hour later, and it crashes again. I also have about one to two seconds of keyboard and mouse lag.

This game cannot run without an actual, discrete video graphics card, with at least a "600" performance number ( a "40" for a Geforce after the 9600's generation).

You do not have any graphics "CARD" at all, only a four year old Chipset video chip.
