Dead Money Cantina Madrid loop

Greetings Brotherhood,

I did not see a post for this particular issue, so if it's a duplicate I apologize. I installed Honest Hearts recently, as well as an update since I've been off of the Xbox for a while. I loaded my game, which is currently in the Dead Money DLC, at the point where I need to get inside the Cantina Madrid kitchen to stop Dog from blowing it up. I go the the cantina lobby, get the kitchen maintenance key, then go back to the casino to find the emergency kitchen entrance. When I try to open the door, it warns me that I can't leave until I deal with Dog, and I choose to go to the kitchen. It shows the loading screen for a few seconds...and then it spits me out in the cantina lobby, not the kitchen. I thought that maybe I did something wrong, so I went back to the casino and tried again, and it puts me right back in the lobby.

Figuring it's bugged from the save point, I load a game where I am still out in the villa, not yet in the casino (and therefore do not yet have the Dog mission). I work my way back into the casino, get all the way back to the cantina...and the kitchen entrance spits me back into the lobby. AGAIN. If I try to access the kitchen from the lobby, it just tells me that I can't open the door from this side since Dog has the gas on. I don't remember if it was this way the first time I played through it, but I can hear Dog/God arguing through the walls quite loudly. When I travel through the emergency kitchen entrance, it always puts me in the lobby next to the main entrance (like I just came through that door instead), but strangely I am facing the right wall, not straight ahead.

Does anyone have any good advice, other than waiting for yet another patch? Would reinstalling the DLC help, or make it worse? I still have a save out in the villa, as well as one made just before going to the Sierra Madre, but if it comes to me having to start the DLC all over with this character and losing a good 5 levels of work, I'll probably just move straight on to Honest Hearts. Thanks in advance.
