Hello everyone! I've got some problems with FNV.

I've bought a retail copy of FNV, registred it in Steam and then got this.

Steam doesn't download some files! When i tried to launch game Steam said me: that game is unavailible now. I've look for missing files in FNV folder and i didn't find some files like Launcher and other exe's(Maybe there's more files missing, i'm not sure)
I've tried to install game from disc, changes download region, but this not helped me with fixing this problem...
What i need to do?
P.S. Sorry for my bad english, i'm russian.
