You can call in backup from NCR territory then fast travel to where ever you think you need back up

NCR terrority map? Well it depends. If you classify it as what the NCR controlls it would only be the outpost and camps. If you want to have a map of a best case scenario? One in which the courier helps the NCR the most before the battle? It would be from the Mojave Outpost to Primm being official NCR terrority. That's about it, the rest get's annexed after the ending.

The only time I relied on the NCR Radio was when I wanted a service rifle and NCR uniform. I wish you could call a securitron when siding with Independent/House.
