Just completed the unmarked quest concerning Motor Runner in Vault 3 and talked to Colonel Hsu to show him the helmet as proof I whacked him. Well I'm sure this glitch has been talked about already in the forums but like I have the time to go and look for it. Told Hsu that I whacked him and he said thank you or whatever but now I'm permanently stuck with this ridiculous looking helmet in my inventory until thy kingdom come. Also, the game has been running pretty smoothly for me and there still are a few bugs and glitches here and there which includes the "Hold your weapon high" bug where in sneak mode most weapons will sometimes go high above the screen. Obsidian/Bethesda, please address these glitches/bugs within the next patch. Thank you.
