So I talked to him. Did raul's quest and wanted to look into outpost charlie. Got the two tapes but now Andy just acts like he's going to talk then cuts right back out with no dialog. Is there supposed to be more to this? I did tell him it was destroyed before o remembered the tapes. Is that the problem? Also is there anyway to rescue the hostage from the legion ?

No, there is no way to rescue the hostage. You can fight her at the Fort though.

Though it seems you've got a bug. If you can reload before the quest I'd do that, otherwise you should check The Vault.

For the rescuing thing, sneak kill (w/ a silenced weapon) all the legion around (so they wont see you), then rescue the hostages. That is if your talking about what I think you are. :shrug: Sorry if I'm off.
