Topic is pretty much the question. If I have a Luck of 7 and not a single point higher, AND I actually know good BlackJack strategy, is it still possible to reliably hit the winning limit at each casino? Without taking too long?

Depends. I do pretty good with a luck of 7 (6 by mautre +1 with the implant). every hundred chips or so, I save, that way if I lose, I won't really lose courtesy of reloading while in the mini-game.

You can do it even with 1 luck; it's just whether you are patient enough or not.

Yes you can clean them out with a luck of 7. That was my luck when I got the achievement for getting banned from every Casino on the strip.

I would say effectively NO you can't do it with 1 luck.

Oh heck yeah, just might take a bit. Blackjack doesn't really require any kind of special strategy. Just double down on 16 and below and hit on 17. 7 luck isn't bad, but it will prolong the process a bit. You got the luck implant yet?

Thanks. And nope, nor do I think I can fit it in because my character has an Endurance of 5 and I already plan on getting 5 other implants. I figure I can raise my Luck to 7 with the Naughty Nightwear and Lucky Shades.
