BOS Abandoned Bunker Safe? : Fallout: New Vegas

What im asking is if the containers in Father Elijah's Room in the BOS Bunker are safe, as in they do not reset their contents, meaning I could store items in them.

The bunker just gives me the creeps. I like looking through the "Requires Key" items in the bunker every once in a while though. It's fun. :3

I like the atmosphere of the bunker, it also has a bed,reloading station, and workbench.

I have lost items in the containers next to the beds before.The boxes near the workbenches have never given me a problem.
