Does this Bioware email look legit at all?

This is what it says:

We recently learned that hackers gained unauthorized access to the decade-old BioWare server system supporting the Neverwinter Nights forums. We immediately took appropriate steps to protect our consumers’ data and launched a thorough ongoing evaluation of the breach. We have determined that no credit card data was compromised from the servers, nor did we ever have or store sensitive data like social security numbers. Our investigation shows that information such as user names, encrypted passwords, email addresses, mailing addresses, names, phone numbers, CD keys and birth dates from these forum accounts on the system may have been compromised, as well as other information (if any) that you may have associated with your EA Account. In an abundance of caution, we have changed your password to ensure account security. Please visit this https://www.ea.com/us/profile/reset-password?token=INbCdD6FAe0ND8AcYXJcXEasSOCA2y5loiKqb-IcAmLVSkXImxp91SVOTsmsYj7bRoRLz1_w4nwSviAnY9F_aw..&locale=en_US to reset your password immediately.

We take the security of your information very seriously and regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. If your username, email address and/or password on your EA account are similar to those you use on other sites, we recommend changing the password at those sites as well. We advise all of our fans to always be aware of any suspicious emails or account activity and report any suspicious emails and account activity to Customer Support at 1-877-357-6007.

What is the worst possible thing that could happen if I clicked any of the links, and did nothing beyond that?

IIRC they did get hacked, the links look like the lead to the official EA site as well.

That e-mail is legit. I've received it too. Due to the Lulzsec on goings, I'd follow the advice in that e-mail. Change your EA password.

I was sad to learn that my account seems to have been wiped when EA bought Bioware. Not like I visited the NWN forums on a regular basis...

They shut down the NWN servers due to the hack. They are looking into ways of letting people access their NWN and other CD keys. I never linked my Bioware account to my EABioware account, but I would like at least a chance to copy my cd key information. I still have the games installed.

After that, I can pretty much ignore EABioware; after DA2's "new direction" and ME ends Shepard's story, my interest in anything EA is doing will be over.
