So I'm trying to recover the chip while siding with the NCR this time. The chip is to disable Mr. House and continue on with the NCR storyline.

Only problem is I went all Wolfman (I will kill ALL OF YOU) at Cottonwood Cove and can't catch the boat to Caeser's fort. Is there another way to get there?

For that matter, is there a way of disabling Mr. House without even bothering to get the chip?

Oh yes, I'm obviously vilified by the Legion at this point.

All you gotta do is click the raft and go to the fort.

As for house, theres a terminal in the lucky 38 that allows you to access a secret area where you can kill house.

My Science skill is only 50; is that adequate to hack that terminal in Lucky 38?
