I've completed the main story line (not the way I would have liked) and almost all side quests. Just a few locations left to find (explorer perk) and the best weapons and armor. What else is there to do except wait for OWB? I'm bored and have already created 2 more characters, one which I saved over on accident and the other I went with caesar's legion, which svcked. Is there anything else to do?

Play dead is dead playthroughs on hard or veryhard hardcoe mode.

Of course, dead is dead can leave you very sad. Try something completely different from your normal set-up. Were you sneaky? Be an explodey guy. Sided with NCR? Work for House et cetera...

I have run into the same predicament that you have. Basically do a psychopath playthrough where kill every living thing you see or do a pacifist playthrough when you use words instead of bullets.Choose a different faction to side with or if you are playing pc then mod it up also you can do dead is dead playthroughs but those make you a sad panda.
