I recently downloaded the DLC, and i waited in game for a few minutes. No radio signal from anyone.

Additional info: I completed the supposed bugged E-DE quest, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Do i need to wait longer or..do some fancy witchcraft or something? The developers could've made this a tad easier to do..
