I've played through every faction at least once but I want a constant New Vegas save that I always use to play DLCs and mess around in. I play on PC version and have mods. Most notably a house mod for every possible scenario that fits in(don't have to use Lucky 38 Suite).

Convince me! What faction should I pick?

No matter which faction I play I always end up as NCR .
Play all the factors but go NCR at the end.
Its good karma and the general will say your a good solder.

NCR, they'll learn no lessons, gain heavier industry from the Hoover Dam, and then collaspe in a wonderful civil war/revolution/socialital breakdown that will make a hell of a game.
