Every once in a while. when I either exit a building or load a new area textures will go black.stuff like grass or armor.But when I restart the game it works again...for a while.

why is that?

yes I have a few mods installed but nothing that replaced armor textures though.
I an the conflict detector with FOMM,anyone know what I can do avoid having this problem?
