i can see why the downstairs casino lights are off, i mean there is nobody there. makes sence.. why is the player home so dark? i can hardly make out my snowglobe collection, or see anything in there without using my pip-boy flashlight. why do i need to walk around in my house using a flashlight to be able to see? To be honest, i dont even use that safehouse because of it. i use the abandoned BOS bunker and Benny's room as my digs. the Lucky 38 has a nice layout, and everything is in great condition. just needs a few more lights... it would be nice if someone can fix this in the upcoming patch theyre working on.

Are you sure you don't just have brightness way down on your computer or monitor?

Would the "friend of the night" perk help with that? Also, not knowing the format your playing on, I'd suggest looking at your gamma settings.
Things got much darker in the mojave, literally, so if you're used to the Fallout 3 well lit areas you'll be scratching your head and probably just hunting down a bed to skip the low-visibility nights. I've definately noticed some caves and areas where the pipboy light seems to dim down to nil. This could be caused by a unrelated bug, but to be sure, examine your character using his pipboy in your suite and again either in the penthouse or the casino. If there is a bug at fault, you'll clearly see that you pipboy is no longer illuminating the ground at your feet.

yea, that was the first thing i checked... im on the 360, and when i turn up the brightness it just gets way too grey and blurry. then when i go back outside i need to adjust it back down
