I tried searching to see if this has been covered before and I couldn't find anything.Sorry if I missed it!

Anyway, I'm rather far into the game (nearly complete) and I'm currently doing the side quest 'Old School Ghoul'. This is my second run through of New Vegas but the first time I'm doing the side quests for the other companions, as I usually heavily favor Boone and Rex and just stick with them. I know from reading about it that there are glitches with this quest (one cannot talk to Andy or Sterling, etc). I went to both of them and it went fine. No problems. Raul spoke to me shortly after running through the dialogue. Now my problem is I cannot find Loyal at all. I've tried his house, the hangers, mess hall, everywhere. I even tried exiting/entering the hangars repeatedly after waiting a day or so. Anyone else have this problem? I've already done the 'Volare!' quest. I've read that he can end up somewhere near Black Mountain after completing 'Volare!', but where exactly does he go? I tried searching but no luck there. Help?
