Shay, I know you know enough about guns to realize that you just don't melt some lead to make an AP bullet. Now if Gun runners sold the AP or hollowpoint bullitz, and then we pressed them in, that would be OK. Josh specifially stated that the reason he left HP & AP out of the crafting was so that there was something for us to buy from the vendors. He could have just let us buy more frickin' powder, primers, cases and special bullets, too, ya know. Josh? Josh? You hearin' this? Josh? Where the hell's his formspring account................
-gunny out.
I know about AP, but I'm not too concerned about AP rounds as much as I am concerned about Hollow points. I use alot of hollow point rounds especially in the .357 and .44 revolvers and I'd like to be able to press HP rounds for them. With the ability to press
.45 auto HP and 10mm JHP rounds I don't see the problem with pressing HP rounds for everything else.
The vendors generally don't carry enough HP rounds for me to stock up when needed.
If they insist on not allowing HP rounds to be pressed, how about some frangibles? Wouldn't need anything more than a standard lead bullet and a knife.
