So... Does anyone else think that Todd Howard looks a lot like Steve Carell?

Looks and sometimes acts like him, yes :P

Me and a friend of mine have had a continuing debate about whether Scrubs is better than the Office or not. I say Office is best but she refuses to see my logic.

No, but I can say that Jim should have stuck with Karen.

Pam just seems too delicate, I mean, Karen played Call of Duty for cryin' out loud!

Although, Pam did walk across hot coals.

But Karen's hotter than Pam.

I guess it's good I'm not Jim.

I saw "great show", and was then disappointed that this turned out to be about the US version.

I've still never seen the British version; ought to get around to doing that sometime. I usually like British humor, so I don't mind all the nay-sayers that don't find it funny.

Was wondering how long it would take before that was posted. :P

I was going to say that.

Everyone should watch Extras as well, Gervais is a genius.

I think British comedy is often a bit more understated than American comedy, something which doesn't always translate well to an American audience. I generally find with American comedy that characters tend be larger than life and unbelievable, whereas in British comedy they tend to be people I can actually sympathise with. I found that to be the case with the US Office.

Absolutely love the US version. I find the UK version funny but it's not quite my cup of tea.

Never seen the UN version.

The Office is alright, usually funny by the awkwardness.

Very true. When I watched it, I got the feeling that I was merely spectating people during a regular day at, well, "The Office". I expected more obvious jokes and maybe some slapstick like in Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (That show is hilarious, by the way).
