Hello i am new here, to start, i must ask what is the latest patch for F-NV ?
The second, i have stuttering in the game, frame skipping, how to remove it ?

PC Specs: intel i5 750 @3.8ghz, nvidia gtx570 direct cu II, 6gb ddr3 ram, SSD(game installed there).

And the third issue is, in some circumstances, when i shoot some enemies with the heavy gear, like the rocket launcher, my FPS starts to get very low, and it's getting lag, but after the dust and the particles of the explosion all is back to normal, solid 60 fps.

It is a problem with the game engine ? Or i need some kind of tweaks in the .ini files ? Please tell me the best way to resolve this issues.

PS: I played Fallout 3 when it was launched, and there was no problems.


EDIT: And i forgot, is there a mod witch enable to make all the quests in the game, even if the player sides with a specific faction ?
And there is a graphical mod ?
