Was the cap raised as part of the newest patch. I have a character who's been at 40 for a while. Stuck in FO:NV and got patched up. I wanted to fun around for a bit, enjoy the stability, I toss a frag grenade. And gained XP. I went into my pip boy, and sure enough under status it now reads (XP 119040-125000). Looks like I've started my trip to level 41. I thought the cap would jump when OWB came out, just like the other two DLC. 31-35 with Dead Money, and 36 to 40 with Honest Hearts.

When did this happen? I can t wait for the new trait that limits you to level 30, after level 30 your char starts to resemble a god char even on very hard.

Thats strange, do you have both DLCs along with the patch?

Yup. I killed a few Ghost people's. Got experience from all of them. I'm checking out other saves now.

I don't have OWB just the newest patch. I'm sure the re specing your character is Part of OWB.I'm trying to get to 41 to see what happens. I wish there was a way to get one of the Dev team in here so they can see. I submitted it to support, but that takes forever.

Man that really is weird, I've never heard of that happening.

Shot in the dark here, uninstalling the patch and then reinstalling might do something,
you know unless you wanna be ahead of everyone else

I'm afraid of blowing the perks at 42 and 44. What if the OWB perks are amazing. And I miss them cause I leveled up early.

Okay so while I can gain levels I don't have new perks to pick from. So my plan is RE5 till the 19th. OWB and gain the levels like everyone else.
