So on my 2nd playthrough, I noticed the "new station added" note on the upper left of my screen, and sure enough, there are 4 stations on my PipBoy....
some static and a little bit of sound that sounds like the voices of my compadres, and Elijah, I guess.

Do they do anything interesting?
