patch prob ghoul sfx fade to black ghl sfx fade back repeat : Fallout: New Vegas

Just installed latest patch and latest nvse. when i loaded existing game

Loud ghoul sound
fade to black for 2 secs
lound ghoul sound
fade back to world. Time has passed
this repeats over and over and over.

load to previous area no change
new game no change.

Tried without nvse or nvmm and same problem.

This just keeps going on till you die of starvation or dehydration. This is a new install no mods.

having the same issue. would like to add that no DLC is enabled while this is happening.

I have the exact same issue with and without mods.
Thank you bethesda for completely ruining the game with your new patch

This game is a damn mess.......

I have the same problem. I disabled all mods, went to god mode , disabled hardcoe. All to no avail.
